Apparel and Accessories Return and Refund Policy
Returns:
- Items can be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return.
- Please note that items purchased as part of the Rider's pack are non-returnable and non-refundable. Our return policy applies only to single-purchase items in the shop.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable and at the expense of purchaser.
- Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges:
- We offer exchanges for a different size or color within the same product range, subject to availability.
- If the desired item is out of stock, there will be a waiting period until it becomes available again.
2. Harley Bike Customisation/ detailing Return and Refund Policy
Bookings and Deposits:
- A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to lock in the date and time for customisation services.
- The deposit amount will be applied to the final cost of the customisation.
- If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 3 days in advance to avoid losing your deposit.
Customisation Services:
- Once a customisation project has commenced, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
- We offer a quality assurance guarantee. If there are any issues with the work performed, please contact us within 14 days of completion, and we will address any reasonable concerns.
Returns on Custom Parts and Accessories:
- Custom parts and accessories are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
- For standard accessories that are not customised, you may return them within 7 days following the Apparel and Accessories Return and Refund Policy.

At Knuckleheads, we strive to provide you with the highest quality detailing services for your motorcycle. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
We take pride in our work and aim to meet your expectations. If you are not satisfied with the detailing service provided, please contact us within 7 days of your service appointment. We will work with you to address any concerns and make it right.
2. Conditions for Returns/Refunds
- Service Quality: If you feel that the service performed does not meet the standards promised, please notify us within 7 days of completion. We may request photos or an inspection to evaluate your concerns.
- No Refunds on Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to book your detailing appointment. This deposit secures your appointment and covers initial service preparation costs.
- Late Notifications: Requests for refunds or returns must be made within the specified time frame. Unfortunately, we cannot honor requests made after 7 days from your service date.
4. Changes and Cancellations
- Appointment Changes: If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment may result in the loss of your non-refundable deposit.
- Weather-Related Cancellations: In the event of inclement weather, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment for your safety.
4. Harley Bike Motorcycle Buying/Selling Return and Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Deposits for Bike Purchases:
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the purchase of any motorcycle.
- This deposit locks in the sale price and reserves the motorcycle for you.
- The deposit will be deducted from the final sale amount at the time of purchase.
Cancellations and Refunds:
- If you choose to cancel the purchase after placing the deposit, the deposit will not be refunded.
- Full refunds are not available once the sale has been finalized and ownership has been transferred.
Returns and Post-Sale Adjustments:
- All motorcycle sales are considered final and non-returnable once the transaction is complete.
- We offer a limited warranty on mechanical aspects of the bike, depending on the terms specified at the time of sale.
- If any issues arise after purchase, we encourage customers to contact our service department to discuss potential solutions.
