4. Non-Refundable Deposits and Customization Bookings

  • A non-refundable deposit is required for all Harley bike customization services to secure your booking and lock in a time and date.
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, the deposit will not be refunded.
  • The deposit will be applied toward the final cost of your customization service.

5. Motorcycle Buying/Selling Policy

  • For Harley bike purchases, a non-refundable deposit is required to hold the motorcycle and lock in the sale price.
  • If the purchase is canceled by the buyer after the deposit has been made, the deposit will not be refunded.
  • All motorcycle sales are considered final once the transaction is complete, with no returns or refunds allowed.

6. Apparel and Accessories Return Policy

  • Items purchased as part of the Rider's pack are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Single-purchase items from the shop, such as apparel and accessories, can be returned within 7 days of purchase if they are in original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Knuckleheads website, including images, text, logos, and graphics, is the property of Knuckleheads.
  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is strictly prohibited.

8. User Conduct
